If the item you have received is damaged or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! We recommend you select a tracked service and please retain shipping proof incase there are any issues with the post. Lost parcels can only be refunded with proof of postage.

You can return an item for an exchange if you would like a different size of the same item. If you want a different item, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
